How It Works
How EuroWrap Works
From reservation to return, here's exactly what happens — and when.
Your rental, step by step
Before your trip
1. Book your dates. Choose your delivery date — 1 to 2 business days before your departure — and your attachment. Minimum rental is 4 days; longer trips cost less per day.
2. We prepare your unit. Your EU-voltage Airwrap is sanitized, inspected, and function-tested, then packed with your chosen attachment, travel case, and prepaid return label.
3. It arrives. Guaranteed to reach you on or before your selected delivery date — never on your departure day itself, so you have a buffer if anything comes up.
4. Save the box and label. You'll need both when your trip ends, so keep them somewhere you won't pack over.
5. Don't test it at home. Save the first plug-in for your destination — it's built for 220–240V outlets, not US current.
During your trip
6. Pack it. The travel case fits into a carry-on or checked bag alongside the rest of your luggage.
7. Style your hair, all trip. Plug straight into European outlets — no adapters, no converters, no anxiety.
After your trip
8. Repack it. Same box, same case, once you're home.
9. Ship it back. Drop it at any FedEx location within a few days of landing, using the prepaid label already inside.
What "Delivery Date" and "Return Date" actually mean
These two dates trip people up, so here's the plain version: Delivery Date is the day the Airwrap arrives at your door — not your departure date. We build in a 1–2 day buffer so it's waiting for you before you need to pack, not cutting it close. Return Date is the day you drop it back in the mail — not the day your trip technically ends. That gap covers the transit time home. Neither buffer counts against your rental price or your usable days with the device.
A few things people ask about this process
What if it doesn't arrive on time?
It's guaranteed to arrive on or before your selected delivery date. If something goes wrong on our end, contact us immediately — we'll make it right before your trip.
Can I extend my rental if my trip runs long?
Email us before your return date and we'll extend if the calendar allows.
What if I'm nervous about shipping it back correctly?
The prepaid label is already inside the box, and the same box you received works for the return — there's no separate packaging to source or printing to do.
