Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at eurowraprental.com (the "Site") and the rental services offered through it (the "Service"), operated by EuroWrap Rental LLC ("EuroWrap," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The Service

EuroWrap rents EU/UK-voltage Dyson Airwrap styling kits to travelers in the United States for use abroad. Each rental is governed by these Terms and by the EuroWrap Rental Agreement, which you accept at checkout. If these Terms conflict with the Rental Agreement with respect to a rental, the Rental Agreement controls. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Rentals, Deposits, and Damage Waiver. Rentals are governed by our Rental Agreement, which you accept at checkout. We do not require a security deposit. We keep a payment method on file and may charge it for late fees, or for the repair or replacement of Equipment that is lost, not returned, or damaged, as described in the Rental Agreement. At checkout you may purchase an optional $15 Damage Waiver covering accidental damage only; it does not cover loss, theft, or failure to return. Full terms, including the $599 Replacement Value, are set out in the Rental Agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to place an order. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and Equipment availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The rental fee, any optional add-ons such as the Damage Waiver, and applicable taxes are charged at the time of booking. As described in the Rental Agreement, we keep your payment method on file and may charge it after booking for late fees or for the repair or replacement of Equipment that is lost, not returned, or damaged. You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information, and for keeping that payment method valid through the return of the Equipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or system errors, or unavailability; if we cancel a confirmed order, amounts paid will be refunded in full.

5. Not Affiliated with Dyson

EuroWrap Rental LLC is an independent rental service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dyson Ltd. or any of its affiliates. DYSON, AIRWRAP, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on the Site only to identify the genuine products available for rent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, page designs, guides, and blog posts — are the property of EuroWrap or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

(a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

(b) interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features;

(c) use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site or place orders;

(d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information; or

(e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

8. User Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us (including by email or through review tools), you grant EuroWrap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Service, and you represent that you have the right to grant that license. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and relies on third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS). EuroWrap is not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third parties, and your use of their services is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroWrap disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Warranties applicable to rented Equipment are addressed exclusively in the Rental Agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroWrap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Service, including damages relating to travel plans, missed events, or lost data. EuroWrap's total liability for all claims arising out of the Site or Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to EuroWrap in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this Section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EuroWrap harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Service, except to the extent caused by EuroWrap's own negligence.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply prospectively; the version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site or Service are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Vermont, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

16. Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the Rental Agreement, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and EuroWrap regarding the Site and Service.
