Shipping Policy
Effective date: 07/06/2026 · eurowraprental.com · EuroWrap Rental LLC
Round-trip shipping is included in every rental — there is nothing extra to pay in either direction. Here's how your kit gets to you and back to us.
1. Free Round-Trip Shipping
Every rental includes free outbound shipping to your U.S. address and free return shipping with a prepaid label already in the box. Shipping costs are built into your rental price; you will never see a shipping charge at checkout or when you send the kit back.
2. Carriers
We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, choosing the carrier and service level best suited to your address and timeline. Your prepaid return label will indicate which carrier to use for the return — drop the kit off at any location of that carrier.
3. Delivery Timing
Your kit is scheduled to arrive on or before your Delivery Date, which we set 1–2 business days before your departure date. This means the Airwrap arrives just before you leave — you are not paying rental days for a kit sitting at home for a week. We recommend booking at least 5 business days before your departure; if your trip is sooner than that, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can get a kit to you in time.
4. Where We Ship
We ship within the United States. Delivery to a home, office, or hotel front desk is fine — anywhere a carrier can reliably deliver and you can reliably receive. Please note:
(a) A street address is strongly preferred. PO Boxes can only be served by USPS and may limit our carrier options — contact us first if a PO Box is your only option.
(b) Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time — book earlier or contact us to confirm timing.
(c) We do not ship internationally. Your kit ships to you in the U.S. before you travel, and you send it back after you return.
5. Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your kit ships, so you can watch it move. If tracking shows a delay that puts your Delivery Date at risk, contact us immediately and we will work the problem with the carrier.
6. Receiving Your Kit
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and being available to receive the shipment. If a delivery fails or a package is returned to us because of an address error or repeated missed delivery attempts, we will work with you to redeliver, but additional shipping costs and any lost rental days resulting from the error are your responsibility.
7. If Your Kit Is Lost or Delayed on the Way to You
Outbound transit risk is ours. If the carrier loses or damages your kit on its way to you, or delivery is delayed past your departure through no fault of yours, we will, at our option, express-ship a replacement kit or refund your rental in full.
8. Sending Your Kit Back
Returning the kit takes about two minutes:
(a) Repack the Airwrap, all attachments, and the case in the original shipper box.
(b) Attach the prepaid return label (already included in your box).
(c) Drop the box off at any location of the carrier shown on the label — on or before your Return Date — and keep your drop-off receipt.
Your kit counts as returned on time once the carrier scans it in, not when it arrives back at our facility. After that scan, return transit risk is ours too — if the carrier loses the package on its way back and you used our label and box, you are not liable, especially if you kept your drop-off receipt.
9. Late Returns
If the kit has not been scanned in by the carrier by your Return Date, late fees apply as described in the Rental Agreement — your daily rental rate for each late day, for up to 14 days, after which the kit is treated as purchased at its Replacement Value. If life happens and you are going to be late, tell us early; we are far more flexible before a deadline than after one.
